Introduction

Mikko works with us in collaboration as a lawyer in tax related matters.

Mikko has firm experience in handling various tax matters. He assists our clients in all tax matters (including income taxation and value added taxation and other types of taxes) and specializes in handling tax disputes. Mikko has previously worked, among other things, at a law firm specializing in business law, a court institution and as a doctoral researcher at the Faculty of Law of the University of Helsinki. In addition, he has versatile experience in the Tax Administration from various tax control tasks and he also knows the operating methods of the Tax Administration. During the years 2016–2017, Mikko has completed his court training at Vantaa District Court and Helsinki Administrative Court, focusing on e.g. tax appeals and also criminal law cases. Mikko completed his doctoral dissertation ’right against self-incrimination in tax process’ at the University of Helsinki in 2022.
